Under the Diesel Traction Rules of Association, nominations for Board positions will not be accepted at the AGM (unless sufficient nominations are not received for all positions).

Only Full Membership holders (not Associate Members) will be entitled to nominate and vote, and must be issued with a relevant voting card prior to the meeting.

Proxy Voting Forms must be submitted at the very latest prior to the AGM commencing and a Proxy Voting Card will be issued to the nominated person so as to be eligible to vote.
